The Wesley Village Campus consists of four communities: Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center, Crosby Commons Assisted Living Community, The Wellness Center and Wesley Heights Independent and Assisted Living Cottages and Apartments. Also included at our Wesley Heights community is our Lifestyle Transitions Memory Care neighborhood.
